Dear Friends,

Have anyone designed AM UHF transmitter and receiver which based on 409MHz carrier frequency by discrete component? Can you share you experience?
Or can you provide reference circuit?

Thank you very much!!
Best Regards,

Peter

for descrete components u can use s9018(ft=1.1ghz) or 2026 or BFR91(ft=6ghz) npn transistors

Dear Mostafa,

Thank you very much for your reply,

Do you think its work if I change the SAW into 409MHz?
If yes, does 409MHz SAW is a common component that can be buy?
