What are the special considerations should be taken care for RF layout.......
 

it will depend on the frequency and also the nature of the circuit , LNA , VCO , PA , or the complete system

also u will need to route the DC current to every element carefully , to minimize noise coupling

Take care for parasitics!

Isolate blocks !!

Keep noisy blocks away from sensitive ones!

Be aware from parasitic antennas!
