need help from those experts in altera FPGA-DE2 Board

hello, currently i am doing a project using the DE2 Board. however, when i finished doing the firmware, the problem occur is that when i run the program, it shows that the connection is lost from the CPU to the hardware. i have troubleshot the problems for a long time. Is there anyone can pls kindly gimme some advices, that mayb which part i met some problems.
