Need Help for component calculation of buck converter

Hi everyone,
I want to design a buck converter for high voltage and current in the range of 100v to 300v and 10A to 50A. So I want to know that how to calculate the component value, so that buck converter will work practically.
I have searched on various websites, but I only got a calculations for small range converters.
