Need help for borland c++ builder 6

when installing borland c++ builder -113 error

Please to all members of the house,
I'm a student, i'm pleading for any body to help me with a borland C++ builder compiler for my project.
please if any one can send it to me through this media i'll be very grateful.
I'm studying in Ghana and there exist no shop were one can buy software, things are very difficult to some of us doing the engineering course over here.

Borland Turbo C++ 2006 can be downloaded for free from Code central.
This is a light version of Borland Builder, similar to the personal edition.
You just have to register and you will get a free ten year license.

error 1309 c++ builder 6

I have gotten a borland c++builder6 CD, but when i try installing it an error message appears on the screen "Error 1309. Error Reading From the files D:\CBuilder6\Program files\Borland\CBuilder6\uninstall.ini. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
Please i need help.
