[NEED HELP] ABOUT USE IrDA OF PDA

I had saw that someone had wrote a program that can use Irda of a PDA to control some machine like TVset,air controller. Anyone can provide some book or some site. I realy need it ,because it is my job. and now i know nothing about it.

it have sample codes about IR. great and realy works!!!

the tools you said is run on palm os and my pda is run on wince3.0. i had saw it in msdn that it have two devices about this. Irda device and consumer IR remote control device. but there are no more data about consumer IR device. maybe you can help me .Thank you !
