I am working on a old RF Generator and I now need a part but I can not dind any specs for it. T he part has the following on it: 0142 and below that it says M952
Any idea of what it could be replaced with ? Appreciate any help.
It certainly looks like a Motorola device and the 952 is probably a date code, I would guess 1989 week 52 but I can't trace any reference to 0142 around that date or later so it could be house coded instead of having a generic number.
What is the model of the RF Generator? It may be easier to trace the manual for it and work backwards to trace the part or a replacement.
