Need books about RF PCB layout at 1G frequency

Dear all,
I want to design microstrip line on PCB at 860M~960M.
would you give me some advice about what book or other materials should i read first. I have got basics about microwave and analog circuit. what about advise simulation tool to me.

both will give you the line dimensions for various PCB materials

As for material to use this depends on your application. Can you live with the loss and lower repeatability of low cost FR4, or do you need the lower loss and better repeatability of more expensive materials like Rogers 4003. That trade off only you can make by comparing the various manufacturers materials. I'm sure there are a number of threads here that can help you there.
