Need BJT with 100 + volts Vce max value

Anybody please suggest me a BJT with Vce max greater than 100 volts .Preferebly SOT23 or TO92 packages will be OK for me

MPSA42 (NPN 300V) and it's complement MPSA43 (PNP 200V) are nice.

Clearly you have never actually visited Digikey. You can do very fast & meaningful searches on their website.
Start with "BJT" search.
Then filter by any number of specification combinations.
Look at the results -- complete with pricing info and datasheets etc etc.

Do some work yourself mate...

2N5551 should work for you
