It is a simple navigation charger made of a board from an old LCD display with system 1501-50 (AP1501).

Schematic:

Paths were made in a piece of double sided board and the device was soldered. 47uF was given at the input and 470uF plus 100nF at the output. Housing was removed from an old FM transmitter.

While operation, the housing slightly warms up, unlike 7805, which melts plastic. This charger can be mounted on a normal car board and 2-3 USB sockets for charging different devices can be added to it.

Converter has a 1A fuse.
