[SOLVED] My circuit not oscillating

Can you kindly take a look at my circuit below. its not oscillating, I don't know really what could be the problem

Not oscillating in simulation or real circuit? In the former case, did you try a kick start circuit, did you measure loop gain?
 

In simulation. I tried to kick start it, but i do not get any response.
 

Can the circuit oscillate at 10 GHz? How did you arrive at the dimensioning?

It actually does oscillate in LTSpice simulation with Infineon SPICE model (including package). The circuit is however completely unrealistic because it doesn't reflect parasitic circuit elements, particularly at emitter node.

It's supposed to oscillate at that frequency but its not. For the LC tank I used online calculator.
 

Show how to simulate your circuit and post your simulation set-up here.
In order to do this, print your schematic as high resolution PNG file and attach it here.
Or post your project as ADS archive format.
