Hi sun_ray,

For 64 bit lfsr you will assign input as [63:0] data

so you have to take xor operation for 63rd and 62nd bit.

I am asking that how can we check all possible combination of the sequence (2^64 means its a 20 digit value how can we see the output after all these sequence occurs..)and also i want to check whether no sequence is getting repeated...
 
Hi velu, please go through the topic on Path Sensitization and Boolean Difference method to reduce the test Pattern and to avoid the repeating sequences.....
