What will be the practical real time value for a opamp designed in 90nm technology??
Is a value of 2.2 mV/µs a good enough value??

Hi,

2.2mV/us seems slow.

But if you are the asic designer usually you need a specification from the circuit developer.

It depends on your needs.
For a room temperature senor it should be OK, but for ultrasonic it might be not OK.

Hi,

you have to make sure what's your application first.

for example:

for bio-medical circuit

2 mV/µs is fast enough

but if for high speed circuit such as a 100MS/s pipeline ADC

u may need 1000 V/µs op amp for the first stage MDAC
