[MOVED] Programming a PIC microcontroller (it has inbuilt programmer)

can some one explain me detailed procedure of how to program a PIC microcontroller and then how to burn the code onto it.My development board has an inbuilt programmer.

can you give more details of the dev board you mentioned. Was it bought from Microchip or something you have built?

More details:
I am using PIC16F882 microcontroller and it's built by my club members. I'm using MPLAB with CCSc compiler....i'm facing a problem with ds30loader to burn the hex file onto the dev board. The ds30 loader is unable to detect my dev board.
