i need to get circuit diagram and component of usb Programmer for Pic 16f microcontroller
and i want to know if the program of versus type of programmers is different ????????????

Build PICKit 2 Clone or buy it. Its cheap and You will get big supported list of microcontrollers which You can program. Complete instruction for making You can find on edaboard just search. Software for this programmer You can download from Microchip web site.
