in my panasonic drive the encoder output is a differential signal

A+
A-
B+
B-
Z+
Z-

Hi,
Use open collector Op-Amp or Comparator like LM311.

Give the signals to a OPAMp in differential mode and if needed take differential ended output. Use opamps with differential ended output with open collector or open drain.
