Hi,

is there a possibility to use a MOSFET Level-1 Model for circuit simulation with Spectre in Cadence? For example is there an easy way to choose which MOSFET model spectre uses for the "nmos" device in the analogLib?

It would be real nice for sientific purpose to do some simulations with a level-1 MOSFET model for verification issues.

THX in advance

If you have a Level 1 model file for your nmos, you can add it in ADE/Setup/Model Libraries. I haven't tried to use it, but suppose it will work
