Which one is the best for high side driving IRF2110 or TLP350. and what is the advandage and diffrence between this two chip , i think one is isolated other is not , both are working same principle bootstrap ,
which one best for high voltage with heavy load driving?

Hi, When driving fets from a micro, TLP350 Provides better isolation.
however, irf2110 works well with other arrangements.

There isn't probably a clear-cut answer to which one is better.
IR2110 probably uses capacitive isolation and is around three to four times faster than TLP350. It also costs more.
TLP350 on the other hand uses optical isolation, is slower than IR2110, but at the same time costs less.
For high frequencies, say above 50KHz, IR2110 should provide better control. For lower frequencies, the difference will probably not be prominent.
