Hi,

Can a Mos Transistor act as a Diode? If yes how? Can anyone show with picture
 

MOSFET transistor, not like its BJT cousin, from its nature is a controlled resistor and can not act as a diode ..
Some MOSFETs (see picture below) have so called "body diodes" which can be used for several purposes, in H-Bridges, for example, but that is basically all what a MOSFET has in common with a diode ..
