Hello,

I would like to modify the parameter GH from value of 1 to 35 when time is at 40ms (start time is 0ms; end time is 90ms) in the subckt:
.subckt MMR 880 483 762 tb=1 GH=1 jk=1

I would like to see the result in transient analysis. .alter I think is not the one to use because I only want to see 1 waveform. Could you help me?
Thanks in advance!

I have never seen a SPICE with ability to change netlist
on the fly. Consider using a switch element to do that
kind of thing.

In other words, you want to supply a parameter with a time-variant value. I'm not sure if it's supported by HSPICE, you can try. If not, you need to redesign the subcircuit.

thanks for the replies.
is it possible for example if the parameter instead is temperature?
