Hi guys,

I do not get the difference between the three mentioned switches in vsim command for SDF annotation.
-sdfmin, -sdfmax, -sdftyp

Let's take SDF for the typical extraction sdf_file_typical.sdf

What is the difference between the following commands:

1) -sdftyp /dut=sdf_file_typical.sdf
2) -sdfmin /dut=sdf_file_typical.sdf
3) -sdfmax /dut=sdf_file_typical.sdf

Because I have 9 SDF corner extraction and I need to run a sweep test over them. I'm confused about these switches.

Thanks,
Amr,

typ,min & max stand for typical. minimum and maximum. The sdf file is usually generated for these 3 corners. Based on the SDF file used the appropriate switch is used.
