modelsim error when run "vsim"

Hello ,

I run a "vcom andgate.vhd" and it's OK, but when I try to run a "vsim andgate"

The output is :

the file exist in the folder "/lib/pcnt.lib/swiftpli_mti.dll" and ther is error
what I need to do ???

modelsim run

delete the work folder and crate new one or create new project with frsh files and just try..
