modelling of mos level 3 using spice

i want to study the mos level 3 model completely .but i did not have any document and book ...i search it on internet but i get nothing ...please suggest or give me document or books.
i have a book "CMOS digital integrated ckt by sung-mo kang " in which i get the introduction part . please help me .
 

I think you should visit the site of uc Berkeley, then you can understand more about mos level 3 model.

After that, you should design and simulation with single mos to verify that.

is BSIM3 and mos level 3 are same or different?
 

BSIM3 is not Level 3.

If you want a pretty good description you can find Cadence
simulator reference manuals on the Web which talk all about
the equations.

But Level=3 comes up short (heh) when it comes to fitting
all the short channel nonidealities. For "analog" lengths it
might be perfectly fine (analog generally meaning a fairly
linear and low slope drain I-V, and lack of weirdness).
