Model File (SCS) in Cadence

How to export the model file (*.scs) in Cadence ?

PS: I'm using IC5141

Help is needed guys

.scs files are a simulator input. Somebody created them
already, and if unencrypted they're plain text.

How can I export a file that has the nmos parameters, ex. mos6012.scs, so I can use in simulation ?

In the ADE, there is an option called model files in which you can browse and add any .scs file..
