please tell me the mmic manufacturer for the s band power amplifier.
 

freescale is one choose for the CW PA design and pulse Power Amplifier, y can use the APT transistor
 

gonna be pricey, its too bad there isint much surplus sband equipment
 

I m not finding the 2200-2300 mmic for power amplifier on freescales.please tell me another manufacturer.
