Hi All,

I am testing a device and gave it AC excitation. It gave a DC output at a certain frequency.

Then I gave it DC excitation, then it gave peak powers at some frequencies.

For both cases, the frequencies were different. Any one has an idea what's going on?

And if you can suggest a noob book or reference for microwave device characterization, I would greatly appreciate that.

Thanks,
Al

Hi Al,

Can you give a more accurate idea?
Is it a two-port? Which is the frequency of the AC excitation? Which the frequency obtained with DC excitation? etc...
Regards

Z

Hi Z,

I attached the paper which I have an inquiry on. Thanks for the prompt reply!
