If by mems caps you mean Memory protection caps then please search for Ultra Capacitors. these come in sizes from .1 F to 270 F (yes the µ is not missing.)

These are used in devices to power them during battery change or for a high surge current supply for a short duration of time.

When I was studying electronics they told me that One Farad was Impossible.
