meaning of OVER-COMP in real implementation

Hello ,In LTSPICE there is no over-comp leg ,Its absent in the simulation.
but in real life i need to connect a capacitor as shown below.
How do i know if i need to use a capacitor on this leg?
In ltspice simulation the model doesnt have any such leg in the model.
