I am very new to the world of DFT and now currently familiarising myself with the tool MBISTARCHITECT. I would like to consult any experts on there who have went through the mbist workbook. I am kind of stuck now. :|

I have not studied MBIST workbook. But i have some expertise on MBISt. I have worked for few projects.
