Hi...

How to interface MAX5811 DAC to MSP430 microcontroller???

um..... with some wires/traces?

Just connect the dac according to the datasheet. You need to specify which MSP430 do you have in mind, because there are very many of them. DSC communicates via I2C. What is I2C and how it works you can find on wikipedia or google. Just get an msp430 with an I2C hardware module (or bitbang (again - google) it if you already have one and it does not have such module).

If you want to get detailed answer you need to ask a question that actually makes sense and shows that you don;t just want others to do the job for you.
