M748LMRT (Modem) under Linux, help!!

Hello!
I have mainboard (PC CHIPS M748LMRT) with onboard modem and sound card. I don't know what to do with modem HSP56 AUDIOMODEM RISER(PCT301L,PCT301D chips). Does any body know is this modem win-modem and if not does anybody know where I can get the driver for him.

PS: I am a new user of Linux and any help I need. I have Linux distribution: RED HAT 6.2

Thank you very much for your response! Maybe this will help.
I had tried quickly, but it isnot still working. My system does not recognize my modem. If you had the same problem, could you share your experience. If do not , anyway thank you very much. I will try once again. Octawa.
