LVS error in cadence virtuoso

Hello,

The following error appears when using LVS:

 

Sort by date Sort by votes
You see in that fill-form, where "extracted view" asks for
cellview "Cell" and "View"? And you've got nothing?

Like the popup says, "not fully defined".
