I am having trouble understanding the limit established in the specification.
It is mentioned that the in-band emission limit is defined as the "higher of PRB - 30 dB and the power sum of all limit values (General, IQImage or Carrier leakage)".
I don't quite understand the power sum of all limit values.
Does it mean the power sum as in: https://mathworld.wolfram.com/PowerSum.html ?

The red line is the limit for in-band emission. I don't see how the red line is derived from the power sum.
