some areas of your schematic are not clear. E.g. many places wire looks like it is not connected, and other places it looks like connected when it should not be. i think this is because of resolution of the jpeg image ?

also, is this schematic been used for creating your pcbs also ? maybe it is worthwhile to check that all circuits are properly connected etc etc.
 

My first idea - I have to create new pcb layout. My is to large.
