I'm looking for a little help here.
I have a CMOS class where we got assigned a project last minute...
I need to design a low-voltage differential amplifier, then using that build a comparator.
The project is only to be simulated in LTSpice.
"Low-voltage" as my prof. means it is Vdd must be between .2 - 1 Volts.
It also has to have a gain of at least 5.
Any help would be appreciated... I don't really know where to start... at all.
Been doing some Google searches but have so far come up with nothing.
I've attached the project outline.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!
