analog buffer ic

Hi everyone,

Anyone have any ideas about low power (less than 50uW) analog buffer circuits with wide bandwidth (upto 40MHz) and capability to charge a capacitor of abt 200f in 180 nm technology. I dont need rail to rail operation . Two amplifiers where each one can handle input voltages from common mode voltage upto the power rail or ground is also ok. THat is The buffer should be able to accept input voltages from 900mV till 1.8 (0 to 900mV) and output the same without any difference whtsoever. Offset voltage are ok upto the order of few tens of millivolt. But poer dissipation should be very low. Does anyone know abt how these specifications can be achieved using simple circuits.

Thanks
