Low current/ low voltage driver

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a low current/low voltage driver, similar to LED driver ICs. I am looking for about a constant current of 0.5mA to 2mA and a voltage of 3.3V. The ones I find all have high currents in the range of 500mA, meant for LEDs.
