i am lookin for a voltage comparator and a ADC which can deal with 0-100mv. such IC's available???

comparator

Hi

I wouldn worry to much about the ADC input range, because you always can conditionate the signal before sampling, i.e. amplify, divide. A good comarator can be achieved by operational amplifiers. What you may be concerned is about the frequency of the signal to sample.

Cheers
