ASIC libraries

Hi all
is there any source of getting libraries for Physical design flow(LEF,DEF etc)for nM design.I mean can we get them free from anywhere.Plz help

Normally, the cell library is not for free.
You have to pay money and then you can get them.
But they always provide them to school for free.

you can't get free download of cell lbraries anywhere.you can buy them.

www.artisan.com
u can download freely from there but u need user name and password,
