if u r looking for electronics fundamental......then i suggest you microelectronics circuits by sedra and smith but i dont recommend u the latest one but recommend you the 4th edition

and Millman C.Halkias Integrated electronics contain the basic ideas and would be helpful....

1- Analog Integrated Circuit Design,Behzad Razavi,
2- Design of Analog Integrated Circuits,David Jones and Ken Martin, 1994
