Looking for a 16 bit, 256k bytes flash ,4 pwm outputs,development board micro

hi all,
I was looking for a 16 bit , 256k bytes flash memory, with 4 pwm outputs microcontroller, with c compiler and software. can anyone help me in selecting the micro.
i need a suitable development board too....

the main purpose is to generate 4 pwm,with varying duty cycle but of same frequency.

please help me with the C code also..

avr xmega range is 16bit has 256kb flash with more than 24 outputs. avr processors are optimized for c language. if you post your requirements then development board could be suggested.

many 8 bit avr have more than 4 pwm channels. 8)

my application is to generate pwm at the o/p.
my input would be voltage(0-5V) ,and with varying voltage the pwm should vary(duty cycle varying w.r.t voltage),but fixed frequency...
can u suggest a micro, and a control board and if any one has the C code...
