my project is 8031 ..pls if u have verilog or vhdl code send to me pls its urgent pls anyone help me.....

Hi,

You can go to "h**p://www.opencores.org" and find a project named T51.

It is a 8052 compatible microcontroller core.

Hope this will help you.
