Looking for 1 file from Cadence IC446 ISR CDs

Looking for 1 corrupt file from Cadence IC446 CDs
I got Cadence IC446, ISR 20020224 version, and
a file named FS.128 from the 2nd CD in image directory
is corrupt. If anyone has this CD, please let me know.
I just need this one 6MB size file.
