Load-pull simulation in ADS for Class-F PA

Hi everyone,
I design Class-F PA at 9.5GHz, and I have some problems.
In load-pull setup, I don't know how to set Z_center_fund, Z_load_2, Z_load_3...
For example, find Z-load fund, I set Z_load_fund and Z_source_fund=50, Z_load_2 =0.1, Z_source_2=0.1, Z_load_3, Z_source_3=1000,
Is that true? I'm confused with it and don't know how to do it right. I hope you help me!
