Center frequ = 100MHz
Bandwidth = 100MHZ

So Q factor is 1. Is it possible to design the LNA ??

I guess I need to do Wideband LNA design.

Re: LNA design ??

Hello,

in this case, personally, I'd rather
look at it as an low noise opamp design
of course we're still minimizing the input refered noise.

traditional inductive gain peaking (narrow band matching)
methodology here shall be difficult not only to design
worse in production.

Have fun,

Re: LNA design ??

If you use resistor as the load, you can get wideband LNA.

Your frequency is not so high, I think it will be OK if you use resistor as the load.

Yibin.
