LM324 in negative feedback

Dear Friends,
I used LM324 as a inverting amplifier.but I saw a strange problem. the negative pin has a difference about 1 volt from positive pin. u know, the input pins of op_amp in negative feedback are aproximately the same. Thanks for your help.
 

Need some more info about the schematic (power supply, input voltage, ...)
