My question is about the polarity change series lC circuit. From what I've researched polarity swaps when field starts to collapse in lc circuit. What is meant by this. Is it just and indication that the current will continue in same direction resulting in a change in polarity on cap. Or is the change magnetic- I e north - south on core or both. Also if I place a diode in circuit that is biased to conduct on positive side. Will it conduct while magnetic field increases then stop conducting when the field starts to collapse and the polarity changes.
