Iam going to redesign of GAL26CV Discontinued CPLD to replace Active ISPMACH-4000 Series CPLD, What are all main technical things should we look when we redesign of ISPMACH-4000 Series.

you shouldn't have big issues. GAL26CV might be 5V tolerant. I would be careful with the MACH4032 (which is the smallest of the MACH4000 family).
