Please make a latch from a flipflop. First in terms of gates and then in terms of rtls

Can i know in which application you need to do so.
(flipflop itself is an extension of latch why do you require such circuit)

Flip-flops are edge-triggered pairs of latches. You can't make
a flip-flop into a latch but you can make latches and inverters
into flip-flops. Why do you not use a latch library element as-is?
