Large Signal Models of Devices
Hi,
This might be a really elementary question, but I am unsure of how/where to start: I wanted to know what methods are used in academia/industry to derive large signal models of arbitrary devices (besides the conventional MOS, BJTs etc. that are treated in most semiconductor books)? Is there a general methodology to do this? Or is it more qualitative and analytical in nature rather than rigorous quantitative.
I would appreciate if anyone can point me to the right direction/book/topic.
